Prego girl exercise!!!

Ok, so about a month a go I decided that since I have been a stay at home mom for the past 4 almost 5yrs with little to no exercise and Im not in as good of shape as I was my Destiny was born I better get my butt back into shape.
I quickly decided that going to the traditional gym wasnt gonna work for me, So my mom suggested we start water aerobics together, that when she had her back surgery, her doctor suggested it to her and set her up with an instructor......So thats what I did, I called our local city pool and asked about it and her I am a month into it and I LOVE IT!

I don't dread going, I'm not beat afterward like i would be if I had went to the regular gym, But I feel so so good when I leave. We do lots of cardio exercises as well as stretches and free swims. Monday is fondly called "Murder Monday" because we truly get a awesome workout, Wednesdays is "Wonder Wednesday" we do the more fun exercises like the froggie and the diamond, Then fridays are "Fun Friday"  we do alot of wall exercises, stretches and free swims that day.
Water Aerobics probably is the best fit for you if you are wanting to lose a lot of weight, but if you just want to tone up or have a good exercise while your prego I totally suggest this for you. But if your doing it to help tone up while your prego, be sure to talk to your doctor first! Its better to be safe than sorry!
